Chef Mbixi is a process of research and artistic production which, through the memory of everyday life and experience, connects ancestral wisdom rooted in the physical and symbolic space represented by the kitchen. Gastronomy helps us to understand the world in a more visceral way. Every decision we make when choosing and mixing ingredients, and even the way we eat, is political.
