DES D’AQUÍ FINS ALLÀ, PER ACOLLAR I ABANDERAR
Under the premise of creation, the Des d’aquí fins allà, per acollar i abanderar project picks out the recovery of the meaning of hiking in Catalonia based on the vision of a young person who due to technological advances and social changes has not been able to experience the context in the same way as the previous generation did.
The project interweaves timelines, theoretical thoughts on the action of walking, inhabiting and the concept of space, references to organic matter within the creative process and geological reviews of the artistic material. The creation embraces exploration and research to carry out a visual project that is on a threshold between painting and sculpture.
Des d’aquí fins allà, per acollar i abanderar is part of the collaboration between Lo Pati, Centre d’Art de les Terres de l’Ebre and la Sala d’Art Jove.
