And the fact is that behind the surfaces on which we live and on which we do what we do, we find not only matter and organic disposition, but also all the human and discursive machinery from which a certain logic of life proceeds.
to scratch at the surfaces of meaning is to be attentive to the contingency of what is still necessary, and even urgent.
this is why we share artistic projects that demonstrate a sharp capacity to recognise the surrounding reality, to react to what exists and is determined in its infrastructures, to reveal the provisionally of any and all surfaces when their limits and terms are broken.
in this exhibition cycle, our artists will work both on the problems reflected and on the very consciousness that reflects them, which generate avenues of research and art that rethink other sensibilities.
