What are the working conditions within our context? In this meeting, the duo, Ruta de Autor unravel the research of their project, La ciutat com a exposició, which can be seen in the exhibition Apuntes para un incendio de los ojos. (Notes for an Eye Fire). Together we analyse the phases and material conditions of the work which is present in the mentioned exhibition, and the routes taken to arrive there, as well as the associated ideas up until its presentation in the galleries. From a critical perspective, we also think about the coordinates that determine the artists’ work, both concerning form and in its poetic and political strengths.

The Sala d’Art Jove Artists’ Group is the result of the ongoing collaboration between MACBA and Sala d’Art Jove. The group is coordinated by pli-é collective and includes artists who have participated in the last two editions of the Art Jove calls for proposals.
