The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of their personal data in the terms and conditions provided for in Organic Law 15/1999, by sending a written request to the Catalan Youth Agency by postal mail (C. Aragó 244-247, 08007 – Barcelona) or email (addressed to recepcio.acjoventut@gencat.cat) and electronically signed with electronic ID or digital certificate issued by CATCert.
